Is there some shipping restrictions?

Some products can only be sold inside Canada (Ogio, Shoei). For the rest of the products, we can ship them anywhere in the world. Please send us an email at info@wooki.ca for a quick quote!

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don't require an account to place your order. Your checkout will be made through Paypal and will be secure through their website. We do not use your personal information for any purposes at the exception of shipping. An account can be created to track your order information and stay in touch with us for future orders, promotions and sales.

I am not satisfied with the product I bought, what are the return policies?

Customer satisfaction is our first priority. If you have received an item you're not satisfied with it, we'll be glad to take it back. Make sure you contact us as soon as possible.

What kind of package will I receive? If the product ordered is fragile, can I be assured it will get to me in one piece and undamaged?

Rest assured, we take good care of your purchase. Items are well packaged in order to avoid any damage. We deal with this matter very seriously.
